# Who Sukbay is for

Examples of shops that use Sukbay and which features matter most for each.

Sukbay fits any business that sells products and wants to know its stock, its real profit and who owes it money. These are common setups.

## Mini-markets and groceries

- **Expiry dates:** add an expiry date to each batch and Sukbay warns you before milk, bread or packaged food runs out of date.
- **Fast counter sales:** scan barcodes, split payments between cash and card, print or share the receipt.
- **Regular customers on credit:** sell on credit, send a private debt link, and collect payments against the oldest orders first.

## Electronics, clothing and general retail

- **Sizes, colours and options:** group look-alike products so shoppers see one card with options.
- **Accurate profit:** buying prices change; with batches every sale uses the cost you really paid.
- **Online shop:** confirm products in Customer Showcase and shoppers order from the customer app.

## Shops with a store room or several branches

- **Several warehouses:** keep stock in many places, transfer between them, and have the receiving employee verify the count.
- **Staff per warehouse:** assign an employee to a warehouse so they see that warehouse only.
- **Branches:** turn on branch management, with each branch priced at 250 ETB per month.

## Shops with employees

- **Roles and permissions:** manager, cashier, inventory and sales, each limited to the pages and buttons you allow.
- **Payroll and commission:** pay monthly salaries and, if you want, a commission on each employee's sales.
- **Performance:** Employee Performance shows who sold how much.

## Shop owners who sell online

- **Customer app and QR code:** shoppers find your shop on sukbay.com or scan your QR code.
- **Payments:** shoppers pay in store, or send money to your Telebirr or bank account and attach a screenshot, which you confirm.
- **Share rewards and promo codes:** let shoppers earn by sharing your products.
