# Subscription & pricing

The free 30-day trial, the price per shop and branch, how to renew, change or cancel.

Every new shop starts with a **free 30-day trial** with all dashboard features. You do not need to enter payment details to start.

## Prices

| --- | --- |
| Dashboard (management) plan, per shop | 500 ETB per month |
| Each extra branch | 250 ETB per month |
| Management with an online website and custom domain | Agreed with you after a consultation |

You choose how long to pay for: **1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year**. The price is the monthly price times the number of months.

## The Subscription page

- Shows your plan, whether it is **Active**, the **days remaining**, the end date, the number of shops and branches and the features included.
- **Change plan** lets you choose a different number of shops, branches or a different length.
- **Renew** extends your plan before it ends.
- **Cancel subscription** stops renewal at the end of the period.

## Reminders

You get a reminder before the plan ends (10 days by default, change it in Settings › Notifications & Alerts). If a plan ends, the dashboard asks you to renew before you continue. Your data is kept.

> **Note:** Shoppers use sukbay.com for free. Only shop owners pay for the dashboard.
