# The dashboard

Your whole day on one screen: sales, orders, money owed and what needs restocking.

The dashboard answers one question: *what do I need to know and do right now?*

## Today at the top

- **Sales today** compared with yesterday, plus orders today and profit today. Profit needs batch costs — if a product has no batch, profit shows a dash.
- **Quick actions**: New sale, Add product, Add expense, Collect payment.
- **Warehouse filter and period buttons** (Today, 7 days, 30 days, Year) change every number below.

## Three cards that tell you what to do

- **Online orders to handle** — new orders from the customer app waiting for you. Open one to confirm it.
- **Money owed to you** — customers with unpaid orders. Use *Collect payments* to record what they paid.
- **Needs restocking** — products below their low-stock level, with a bar showing how few are left.

## Numbers and charts

- **Total Revenue, Total Orders, Total Visitors, Total Customers** for the chosen period, with change versus the period before.
- **Total Revenue chart** — switch between Today, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly.
- **Profit Breakdown** — which products earned the most profit.
- **Product Status** — how many products are low or out of stock.
- **Sales channels** — online versus in-store (POS) sales, in money and orders.
- **Recent Activities** — new orders, low-stock alerts and other events as they happen.

## The sidebar

The sidebar floats on the left on a computer. Collapse it with the arrow at the top to get more room. At the bottom you switch language and see who is signed in. On a phone the menu moves to the bottom of the screen.

> **Note:** Employees only see the pages they have permission for. See Employees & payroll.
