# Daily report & Close day

The daily performance report that arrives every evening, and closing the day with a signed report.

Sukbay gives you two end-of-day tools: an automatic **daily performance report** and a manual **Close day** you check and sign.

## Daily performance report

Every day at **9:00 PM East Africa Time** (you can change the hour in Settings › Notifications & Alerts) Sukbay sends an *Official Daily Summary* to your notifications. It lists the orders placed, revenue, profit, batches added and the cost of those batches, with buttons that open the orders, the batches and the revenue breakdown.

- It arrives in the notification bell under **Daily Performance Report** and as a push notification on the mobile app.
- If the server was off at the report time, the report is created when it is back, once per day.

## Close day

On the Orders page press **Close day**. Pick *Today* or *This week* and, as owner, a warehouse.

| Report | What it contains |
| --- | --- |
| Sales report | Money made, number of orders, items sold, online versus in-store orders and the list of what was sold. |
| Stock report | Items in stock, number of products, stock value, lowest stock first. |

1. **Check the numbers.** Read the big figures, then the list.
2. **Close the report.** Press Close sales report (or Close stock report). It is saved and marked **Checked**.
3. **Sign it.** Draw your signature with a finger or the mouse, or choose Sign later.

A period can be closed once per warehouse. Closed reports are kept under **Closed reports** and a card appears in Chat so the team knows it is done.

> **Note:** Close day is a check for you; it does not stop you selling. New sales after closing appear in the next report.
