## Customer tiers

| Tier | How a customer gets it |
| --- | --- |
| Regular | Under ETB 1,000 spent. |
| Premium | ETB 1,000 – 2,000 spent. |
| VIP | ETB 2,000+ spent, or set to VIP by you. |

You can change the two limits from the customer levels button.

## On every customer card

- **View** — their full history of orders and payments.
- **Message** — start a chat.
- **Edit / Delete** — update or remove the customer.
- **Share customer link** — a private page showing their orders and what they owe.

## When a customer owes you

1. **Sell on credit.** Attach the customer to the sale and leave it unpaid.
2. **See it.** It appears under *Money owed to you* on the dashboard and as an outstanding debt in Expenses › Customer debts.
3. **Send the link.** Press Share customer link and send it. They open it on any phone — no app or login needed.
4. **Collect.** When they pay, record the payment. It settles the **oldest** unpaid orders first.

> **Note:** The link works for 30 days, shows only that customer's own orders, and is hidden from search engines. Send a fresh link whenever you like.

## A customer's debt, step by step

- **How it starts:** a credit sale, or a split/partial payment with the rest on credit.
- **Where you see it:** *Money owed to you* on the dashboard, the customer's card, and Expenses › Customer debts.
- **How it is paid:** in Customer debts press Edit, enter an amount per order and process the payment. The oldest orders are settled first.
- **How the customer sees it:** through the private debt link, which shows their orders, what is paid and what is left.
