# The customer app

What your shoppers see and how they buy.

Shoppers use the customer app to browse all Sukbay shops, follow the ones they like, and order. It works in any browser and in the Sukbay mobile app.

## Finding products

- **Home feed** — products from many shops. On a phone choose between a swipeable full-screen feed and a Pinterest-style photo grid. The **Earn** button in the grid shows only products that pay for sharing.
- **Search** — products and shops, with hashtag chips, sort (relevance, rating, price, popularity) and a price range.
- **Follow** shops and **like** or **save** products into collections.

## Try it on a phone

## Ordering

1. **Add to cart.** From the card or product page. Products with *Call for price* show a call button instead.
2. **Choose delivery or pickup.** Fees follow the delivery rules you set.
3. **Pay.** Pay in store, or send money to your Telebirr or bank account and attach a screenshot. Promo codes apply at checkout.
4. **Track.** Orders shows each step and the in-store pickup code.

## Profile, favourites and settings

Shoppers customise their avatar and background, manage delivery address, and choose Dark, Light or Auto appearance.
